I have adjusted my dose a bunch of times but what works for me now is 600 mg in the morning and 300 mg at night. I still have the weird sensitivity to touch but the burning pain is gone. It’s been 11 years now.
I forget about this app because I’ve been using the cesspool of Threads more.
I did PT for a while which didn’t help. I’m on gabapentin and have been for years. It’s taken care of like 85% of the pain.
I am down 8 pounds and have 40ish to go. I’ve got this!
