"Minor coded" logic being made into policy is so ridiculous. There are real life adults who have body proportions and features that others might label "commonly associated with minors". This policy, in an insidious effort to morally police people, casts such a wide net that it captures *adults*.

Seeing as one of the first things he did in office was gut military command of leaders that weren't "loyal" there's probably few willing to speak up. If the institutional knowledge from those exercises still exists the strategies developed likely required more than missile strikes.
