Our work is also consistent with recent published Wee1 inhibitor sensitivity screens showing loss of FZR1 sensitises cells to Wee1i
I'm super excited by this work & really hope people find it useful. It also raises more exciting questions...tbc..

We find that Wee1 phosphorylates Cdh1(FZR1) and suppresses APC/C(Cdh1) activity to promote S-phase entry
