Yesterday, Feb. 22, people gathered at the corner of Robert and Hurley in West St. Paul to protest the continued presence of ICE in Minnesota and beyond. From there, they marched down Robert St., an area with a high concentration of immigrant run businesses, to show support and solidarity.

A woman was released from Whipple on the evening of Feb 18. Family members waited for her near the barricades.
Volunteers with Haven Watch, in orange vests, walked her across the street offering blankets, water, and hugs as she reunited with her loved ones.

Thousands came out to the public memorial service put on by first Nations people and Renee Good's family exactly one month after Renee was murdered by an ICE agent. Much of the event was a sacred ceremony that could not be filmed or photographed.
βPray, honor, defendβ The indigenous Lead rally at the Whipple building which included dance, drums, songs, prayers with repeated calls for ICE out of sacred, stolen land. Participants later approached the barrier fence and tied prayer ribbons to it.
Happening now outside of Morrill Hall on the campus of the University of Minnesota students have chained themselves to the front doors demanding the president of the university, Rebecca Cunningham whose offices in Morrill Hall, to show up and declare the campus a sanctuary campus. 02/06/26

Minnesotans are showing up for their community in countless ways. These roundabouts or "check points" to keep an eye out for ice and to slow down traffic as ice has been speeding through neighborhoods and going through stop signs in red lights.
Drummers from across the Twin Cities gathered throughout downtown Minneapolis for a decentralized protest against ICE. More than 60 drummers positioned themselves on separate street corners, using drums to deliver a unified message calling for ICE out now π₯πͺ
