This morning - zero rain in the forecast. Late afternoon - 100% chance of rain and T-storms tonight. I've noticed sudden changes in the forecast for awhile now, well before the NOAA and NWS cuts. Am I just experiencing climate bias or is local short term forecasting less reliable?
