Yep. To those guys, "podcast" just means "show (ideally, that we own) that cost very little to produce."

Yeah. I’m not saying my LinkedIn posts are literary gems, but at least they’re authentic (or as authentic as ANY post to LinkedIn can be)
What is wrong with people? Seriously. Leave the kids alone. They’re fine
And, seriously, as much as I like the show, my god did that take me out of it. I legit was calculating the surface area of a sphere going
If you wrote this into a parody, no one would believe it.
Chuck Jones, appalled at being asked if Looney Tunes was made for children - 'We made it for ourselves!'
On the road, we just use the gas engine. But, tbf, we’ve only had a couple trips where that’s been necessary. We mostly drive around town. PEV is perfect for us
Lol. I’ve only written one book. But, yeah, that part was rough
We have a plug-in hybrid. I’ve put gas in it 4 times since July, 2024. Incredible ROI even before the current situation
Unfortunately, “Yo brother, legal team confirmed we can’t work with minors rn” is an instant classic
I pulled a chapter out of my book and did some heavy rewrites because it was overstuffed at 80k. Final word count still ended up near 80k anyway, but that was only after I let go of word count as a goal and focused on “what is your point.”
Lol
Mr. DeMatteis wrote, among many fine works, some of my most treasured issues of Captain America. This demonstrates why I’ve always loved his work
I wrote this some years back and return to it now as a reminder to myself of what's really important in life. If it resonates with you, too, all the better.
This strikes at a core principle of the American republic, one that has traditionally been especially dear to conservatives: private property. Suppose, for example, that the military approached Google and said “we would like to purchase individualized worldwide Google search data to do with whatever we want, and if you object, we will designate you a supply chain risk.” I don’t think they are going to do that, but there is no difference in principle between this and the message DoW is sending. There is no such thing as private property. If we need to use it for national security, we simply will. The government won’t quite “steal” it from you—they’ll compensate you—but you cannot set the terms, and you cannot simply exit from the transaction, lest you be deemed a “supply chain risk,” not to mention have the other litany of policy obstacles the government can throw at you.
Good point from Dean Ball on Pentagon/Anthropic and why the real stakes go even further than AI www.hyperdimensional.co/p/clawed
Post from Julia Fine that says, "Write the book you want to read because you will have to read it 75 times."

Kindness is a superpower
"She really showed you can be a genius and be kind, and one of those things did not have to come at the expense of the other."
So let’s think about this.
A private company refused - on principle - to yield to the government’s demands.
The government then cancelled its contracts with the company and has set about destroying it
the current position of the US government is that NVIDIA should be allowed to sell chips directly to China but banned from using Claude, because the latter is a larger national security risk. that is the level of absolute insanity coming out of the White House & Pentagon nowadays
As a native New Jerseyan, I grew up with a different definition of a sloppy joe. These are good too, obvi. But I’ll always go for the Jersey kind first

Also, some of Amazon’s investment is contingent on IPO and such. This feels like it is as much about playing the odds as investing in a potential winner
This is performative hateful cruelty for the sake of cruelty. What is wrong with people that they feel the need to attack people just for being.
No I'm not asking for an answer. It's a rhetorical question. I'm just venting at how disgusting this is.
Monstrous. Simply monstrous
This is bigotry, pure and simple.
