Portrait featuring Issy, the Tax Collector! Issy is a dark elf from Estrella Oscura, which translates to an olive complexion. However, like all of her kind, she appears more muted in her skin and hair, turning it gray and black. Issy has short hair in a low bun, and a few curly strands hang on the side of her face. She has red eyes and her pupils are in the shape of stars. Nearing middle age, she has the vaguest sign of wrinkles around her mouth and eyes. Issy's outfit is inspired by Spanish dancing dresses. It consists of multiple layers of red and black cloth, with white frills decorating each new layer. However, the second inspiration was modern suits for women, with the top being a representation of such, having an open blouse with a pristine shirt underneath and a collar that represents a frilly tie. She also wears a small white cape adorned with stars, and a similar-looking red cloth in her hair held together by a large star. In this artwork, Issy can be seen posing as she just finished writing in her book/journal. Issy is a secondary protagonist in our Symphony saga, being a primary companion to Yuri. This artwork portrays Issy as how she looked like when alive, as she most often appears as a small ghost instead.

We first visited Yuri, but now we should focus on his spirit companion, Isabella! 😮

In life, Issy committed tax fraud against her own deprived people. After death, she was given a second chance, though has not exactly learned her lesson 😑
