part of my username that I've been using for many years, which does come from me being a weirdo but also was originally a small nod to a character I loved from Thrill Kill.
The "Party" part was bc I liked to think of us like a RPG party, since we all have our own little roles.
Chew is extremely simple: she showed up randomly one day chewing on a straw and on our thumb & decided to name herself after that. Fascinatingly, our mom told us recently that when the body was her age, we named every toy with visible teeth "Chewy."
The system name itself comes from the "Oddball"
go by "Pulse" as a temporary name, because the one thing that kept them together when they first showed up and fronted was resting our ear on our wrist and listening to our pulse. I came up with a few names & Zenith was one of them because they like night sky & space aesthetics, which obvs won.
And
because the first time he fronted in a way that he & I were fully aware we're not the same person, he was just like. "btw my name's Toby" at the end of the day. Where did that name come from. Even he doesn't know.
Zenith took I think a month or two to settle on a name. Originally they chose to just
anymore, but they used to be pretty similar. Ace the irl person has just changed a ton over the past 8 years.
It Breathes named itself from some weird cryptic thing it tweeted on my account once when it was fronting, again before I knew I have alters/am plural.

Ace was the name of an oc I made that actually ended up making me realize someone like the oc already existed as a real person, and has existed for a LONG time, and that I'm/we're plural. He's really nothing like the oc
♠️ i feel like we should try it anyway. we're not great at being consistent (or at least Otar isn't, idk as much about anyone else) but it's not like the purpose of making them would be to make some beautiful art or anything. we got some ideas on very simplified ways to draw us too.
♠️ we were thinking about maybe making a system comic journal... there's a few systems we've seen with those and we like them, seems like it helps them, & it helps us sometimes with better understanding ourselves too.
problem is... we don't do comics (& our wrists still hurt so bad)

♠️ our man here was still panicking and highly nauseous about the shit from last night so im here now. he's still co-conscious though so he's able to read and respond mentally, i'll just physically type for him on his account.
♠️: how terrifying it is to be trapped in the past and see the world move on without us. to see the others out there change and grow and flourish as we stay frozen and left behind. lives are different. stories are written. while ours has yet to move beyond the very first chapter.
♠️: struggling. our brain has been partially frozen in 2009 to '14 all this time, we remember many, but i do not believe we (as in, the system, Otar included) are remembered by many from then. we might as well never have existed to them. we didn't, as far as they know.

otar was in the middle of streaming a game to our friend, accidentally pressed a button that activated a mod that as it turns out plays my fronting song, and now im here.

🩸: We keep getting this alert that our SIM card's "activation" is "incomplete" which means we cannot send texts or make phone calls... and then it ends with "call [number] for assistance."

felt need to say for those who do not know.. this is possible. happens v rarely for us. car has no driver so is driving self. otherwise would crash.
🦊: our new phone feels pretty slow and worse than our old one ? which is weird because this is um samsung 20-something and the last one was galaxy 10e so i would think it'd be faster and better... especially since we don't have anything downloaded on this...
🦊: im just hoping his/our(?) friends care at least a little bit about the rest of us... i still can't help but feel like a virus or a parasite after one group of his (former) friends... really... didn't like us being out and weren't very nice about it.
