I'm annoyed with Knight of the Seven Kingdoms. They added brutality that wasn't in the story and focused on brutality that wasn't described there. Ep 5 was always going to have THAT dark moment, but they also made big shifts to create a Red Wedding buzz moment. Folks who were shocked had reason.
Yeeesh...they made this a LOT more in your face brutal and intense than the story. They invented some horrible things and showed others that weren't directly described before.
They intentionally went over the top to do a tv Game of Thrones buzz episode. I'm annoyed.
is it technically a sitcom? no
but they are a ragtag group of protagonists in a situation (wandering around in a sentient spaceship) and it’s often a very funny show so I’m counting it
this is my favorite romance in all of television
Took me a long time to learn that when someone finally sees the light (about any number of things), I need to go outside and attack the garden weeds viciously for a while, until I'm calm enough to give them positive reinforcement for getting it right, without adding "finally."
