I've really noticed this during the election. Twitter has been a fire hose of right-wing content in a way that it never was during the past few elections. Part of that is people on the left/center quitting the platform, but structure elements also have to play a role.

At this point I anticipate an aid and recovery package for Russia. Trump: "Haven't they been through enough?"

Trump has attacked trans people, immigrants, government employees, the industrial base of other countries, and countries and places benefiting from US aid. If you don't think he's been delivering "treats" then you fundamentally don't understand the coalition that elected him.
It would appear that Canada is definitely not "on sale."
