One of the first targets here will almost certainly be blocking the mailing of abortion medications like mifepristone. If I'm right, it'll be a the biggest blow to reproductive freedom since the repeal of Roe.

This sort of analysis is based the assumption that votes are TIME BASED. In fact it is ILLEGAL to have the votes ordered by time. Therefore, all these memes from Election Truth Alliance are based on a misunderstanding of the data.

if issues are found, the results can be corrected, even after certification, I've seen it done in Monmouth County, NJ when they found they had uploaded 7 thumb drives twice.

Please see our letter to the DOJ to urge them to provide needed oversight on the 2024 election. It is definitely in their wheelhouse, but Garland will likely not do it, but we'll see.

Good job Jessica. I feel like we are meant to work together. I sued the County of San Diego in 2016 (primary) for excluding 285,000 ballots from the scope of the 1% audit, contrary to the law. We won, but then the election officials changed the law to allow that sort of behavior. Keep fighting.
