I find that if I retrace my digital steps, that is, reopen the exact web page I was on and reread the exact text I was looking at when I had the thought, sometimes the thought gets rethinked. It’s the best solution I’ve got so far. 😅

Instead of walking into a room and forgetting what I’m there for, I’m worse about wanting to look something up and then forgetting what it was before I can. 😅
