I fancy a diavolo today with a bit of nduja for good measure.
I haven’t got the orders in yet from the fam, but I think because it’s so hot, my partner will opt for a prosciutto, rocket and roquito one
Alright it’s pizza night with a nice 48 hour dough. It’s also gonna be 30°C with about 50-60% humidity so gotta work fast.
Nice bubbly crust if I get it right tho.
