People like to think of judicial decisions as occurring in a vacuum, but history shows us they don’t. This decision isn’t separate from the organizing happening on the ground—it’s a result of it. Who knows how long it will stand, but for now it’s a win for the people.

Meanwhile, the memorial for Good continues to grow. A billboard truck circling the area calls for ICE agent Jonathan Ross’ arrest.
