New totally legit #Deltarune theory: Deltarune is an artificial superintelligence created by Toby Fox. The release of Chapter 7 is when he finishes it. Afterwards, it goes back in time to contact Toby via the Deltarune fever dream, successfully creating Gaster's Basilisk.
