More and more, Trump is making US institutions behave like Putinβs Russian versions. This was an immediate military coverup of something that should have been admitted:
More and more rot.

Detroit, Michigan. No Bullies, No Bigots, No Bullshit. Black Lives Matter. Trans Lives Matter. Vaccines work. Genocide is wrong no matter who does it. Question everything. Nothing human is alien to me. A better world is possible.

Dozens of victims of Jeffrey Epstein have filed a lawsuit against former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi, accusing her of helping conceal key details during the early handling of the Epstein investigation
BOTH of my senators are on this list. They're shamelessly trying to secure their own $$$ before leaving office. Slotkin wants another position in gov't and Peters has just plain sold out.
Michiganders, never forget ALLLLL the help these two keep giving this hellministration.
"Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket fired signifies, in the final sense, a theft from those who hunger and are not fed, those who are cold and are not clothed."

Hailey is at 10 percent of her goal.
Can we get her to 15 percent? If a bunch of folks kicked in $5 to $10, we'd be there.

Michigan has a measure on the ballot called "Invest in MI Kids." This would put a 5% tax on the top 1% earners in Michigan - taxing the rich. This will give Michigan schools the funds needed to cover budget deficits resulting from federal education cuts. investinmikids.org

I just went to my first DSA event in Metro Detroit, and I'm definitely going to sign up and come back. You probably already saw this, but I saw that there's going to be a DSA 101 in North Georgia next week:
Reminder that Stein does not simply have a history of boosting Russian talking points, but she also dined at the same table as Putin in 2015 in Moscow.
Her continued push of disinformation around this unfolding conflict (even after being corrected) should not be dismissed as a simple error (1)

There is apparently credible evidence that the president of the United States is a pedophile. The comforting phrase βaccused him without evidenceβ no longer fits this situation, and journalists must resort to the more perfunctory βhasnβt been formally charged.β www.thedailybeast.com/key-details-...
Trump: It's a small price (for you) to pay.
Crisis pregnancy centers, which discourage women from seeking abortion and contraception, have been the beneficiary of at least a half-billion dollars since the U.S. Supreme Court ended federal abortion protections in June 2022, a @statesnewsroom.com investigation found.

This isn't 'soaking' the super-rich! It's not even leaving them damp. The top 900 billionaires could easily afford this and not feel it at all
It is so damning of US news media that so many outlets refuse to just straight up say that Senator Tim Sheehy assaulted an activist.
He did not "help" Capitol police. They did not need his help. He wanted to assault the guy and did. He should resign.
Well would you look at that

Only nine days until we reopen!

This is a TINY sample of the new arrivals that'll be on our shelves when we reopen. This is the first photoset in what will become a nice long thread over the next few days β€οΈπβ€οΈ
Zines are NOT a crime.
Quick update! My family put me on sick leave this past weekend: had me stay home, in bed, for 3 days while my daughter hung out at the store and fed the cats.
