Men of the three legacy congregations will have an opportunity to come together for informal conversation - on that subject and others that may come up - over a soup and sandwich lunch at 12noon on Saturday, March 7, 2026 in the Mary Holmes Room at Saint Andrew’s.

Our next GLEE lunch will be on May 10 - Mother’s Day - after our morning service. It seemed like a perfect fit for this “chosen family” group. All are welcome!

We decided to have a multi-generational gathering where older and younger people can connect. We provide the lunch, someone picks an activity (participation is NOT mandatory), and we share conversation and a lot of laughs.

Our GLEE club is a little different. Not that we can’t sing! This is a project of our Affirm Committee. Many folks in the 2SLGBTQIA+ community don’t have family or have strained relationships with them. In fact, many in and outside of that community don’t have family around.

Thanks to everyone who donated to the November UCW Soup Challenge! The campaign raised $1,665.86 for the Breakfast Program Joseph Howe Elementary. The school's principal said, “Your continued support truly makes a difference in the day-to-day well-being of our students, and we are very grateful.”

On Tuesday evening the 36th Cub Pack were able to hold a food drive that they had to cancel before Christmas. Yesterday they delivered 5 boxes of non perishables to the Brunswick Street Mission food bank. Here is a photo of Santa’s junior elves, and a full trunk. Great job everyone!
