Americans have the most right to expect something from the government given we gotta file taxes no matter where we live. Unsurprising the taxation by citizenship is a one way deal.

Sure, nearly every tech company uses workday seemingly because they want to copy each other. Imo it’s still a steaming pile and I can wait to see it go away. It felt vibe coded before vibe coding was a thing.
Americans are taxed by citizenship so if they leave they’re still filing with the IRS. They may not be able to open investment accounts in their new country. The threat relies on people being unaware how poor the US tax system is.
My uncle had one with port windows and faux fur inside. It was cooler than you’d think. I think the problem is they need color and style but they got stripped to their basics & look like a tool for crime. IMO that’s happening to a lot of vehicles.
This is what social media is for. He’s taken his passion and made people’s life better.
It's worse when you don't even live in the country but the US decides to be one of only two countries to tax based on citizenship.
Also, the threats to leave the US if taxes are raised make no sense because of this (or because most places they'd want to go have higher taxes).
I'm sure they don't care. It would be preferable to refresh the supply with people on visas. Problem is that might have worked in the past but I think Trump has pretty much guaranteed a lot of people will just consider more sane countries if they want to migrate.
Combining biking and the Far Side makes for a great Valentines day
Sure but even on a cycle lane, from my experience, it’s still problematic have people at human speeds mixing with someone that has an illegal e-bike (for here). At a certain point is basically a motorcycle and speed differences don’t mix. Same has someone driving 15mph on a motorway.
The separate plans make the most sense.
A case for them simply getting everyone inside for an escape, would make sense too other than Leia and the unfreezing. Had been there together the threat of the bomb and lightsaber might have been enough to get them out with Han.
There is a point about e-bikes mixing in the same lanes as walkers and human powered bikes. But yes, the regulation should come with more regulation on cars. Then e-bikers can be safe and confident being in the same lanes as their motorized counterparts.
Sometimes I think there’s people who think TV is the peak format and they want to make everything video. It makes no sense in podcasts or worse yet people who do coding examples as video. Code is a text format and you’ll never update the video when necessary because it’d be a pita.
I’d be tempted to say pavements and cycle paths should only allow human powered bikes or genuine mobility devices. I don’t think it helps the U.K. suffers from lacking police services so nothing on the streets is policed as well as it should be.
It’s one of the few jobs where you can have absolutely no experience on the topic and get to make essential decisions that affect everyone. Maybe ministers shouldn’t be MPs but rather qualified professionals.
Ban cars and it’s sorted
It’s a bit of a shame it feels like a cash in with the nearly 30 mins of re-use footage but it’ll always have a special place in my heart for garbage day.

I just sat and listened without scanning the songs so the chali2na track was a nice surprise. The whole album is excellent.
My son doesn’t eat fish. Any alternative? Replace him with a cat. Cats love fish.
Lmao
What are the odds there are two people with a pack of Japanese Hogan’s Alley games on eBay? But I guess the other will have higher shipping costs
The Trump administration's erasure of federal data has put the Internet Archive in the spotlight. The organization, with its small but mighty team, is working to help save the world's digital history.

New evidence that reducing cars is good for business:
In London, retail spending was stronger after neighborhoods were added to the Urban Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ). Spending was also higher than in areas nearby but outside the ULEZ.

A primarily grey cat with a white chest / mouth sitting on a white duvet on a dark red mattress. She has surrounded herself by her favorite toys. a stuffed goldfish, a stuffed trout (or some other random fish) and a smiling stuffed avocado.
Dinah keeps her friends close.
This is the only cat I've ever had that loves to bring her toys with her everywhere in the house. Some times they might get strategically placed in a room but often they're just brought to the place where she's going to chill out.
A dark teal pasta bowl on a kitchen work surface that contains rice noodles, dark leafy veg, garlic, fine asparagus, red chilies, and tomatoes. All of which are chopped up and fried.
I think the best food to start the week is some rice noodles and spicy veg.
Finally! We now know the backstory to this classic "Planet of the Apes" ending.
