I'll be the first to admit I don't get out too often or drive too far at night to notice, but I think there's been a decrease here too.

If the technology were better, WFH might not be the issue it is. But when you try to deliver documents to the office and your agent doesn't come in to retrieve them for days, the process slows down for everyone.

He's just well-learned in the the "if it sounds too good to be true". Wait till he couples that with some PAL carryovers. 🤣🤣🤣
