Es gibt notwendige, scharfe, prΓ€zise Kritik. Und es gibt stolzdummes, primitives, ungebildetes, plattes, ahnungsloses GeblΓΆke.
Dies hier zΓ€hlt zum Letzteren.
Auf der anderen Seite sehe ich im Moment nicht die notwendige Mehrheit in der EU die sozialen Medien dem Presserecht zu entwerfen und deren Monopole aufzubrechen. Und ein sinnvolles System der Community-Selbstregulation zu erzwingen.
Mir scheint da immer nur ein Libertarismus zugrunde liegen, der aber eben sich wie alle andere politischen Positionen zur Debatte stellen muss. Und nicht einer hΓΆheren Weisheit oder Wahrheit als die anderen besitzt.
Zumal die USA vieles ist, aber kein Idealbild einer funktionierenden Demokratie.
Mal ehrlich, mir kΓΆnnte noch nie jemand richtig erklΓ€ren, was der funktionale Aspekt der Beleidigung im Rahmen der Meinungsfreiheit ist. Also warum es notwendig ist, dass die Beleidigung erlaubt ist fΓΌr das Funktionieren der Meinungsfreiheit im Rahmen der Demokratie.
