An update:

In January I reached the lowest point in rebuilding my life so far. I returned from Melbourne to Darwin, terrified of what was involved in returning to my life.

I was admitted to hospital, started on medications and am currently in a step-down facility (I have a week to go).

I lived in Brisbane and the Clem 7 tunnel was built at the *end of my street* in inner city suburbia.

It reduced the time to get to the airport to 15 minutes and saved several late arrival disasters and I still don’t know if that was worth it…

Someone put a video of a foldable electric guitar on Instagram yesterday and as someone who plays a 150 year old violin my brain couldn’t cope.
