That might indeed be a Trogg (and I hope it is! A ranged trogg unit would be cool), but I think this is new ogors. The wrappings on the on the wrist look too neat. It could Warclans ofc, but my guess is on ogors. Four fingers sure, but one of the warcry gorgers has six. That, or a Rock-chuck Trogg.
