you can start with Gav Thorpe trilogy! c: there a lot of lore about drukhari :DD and if you want go deep, there is a lot of information about eldar in books about chaosmarines, or the adventures of the Bronislaw Czevak, or spacewolf story :"D xenos everywhere XDD

And the mark... depends on who your character is? could it be a symbol of kabal, or a personal mark, or a mark of a band of mercenaries? so many options. don't be afraid to do bold things, to put yourself in a frame in warhammer? damn, this universe is made to have fun!! >:ЗЗ
