Lost Moons' second album is out now and I helped on a few tracks. In his words, "Contains tunes. Reassuringly short." Give it a spin! lostmoons.bandcamp.com/album/small
Service is great
@ronsexsmith.bsky.social I like the poster on the Underground
Great, thanks a lot. Hope to catch the discussion later.
Do you happen to know roughly when the discussion part will start? I can't make it for 2pm but would like to join for the conversation.
Really enjoyed Steve Gunn and James Elkington at St Matthias church last night. Recommended
Thanks for this. Really enjoyed it. I was lucky to see him at a Bert Jansch tribute in 2013. Amazing musician.
Yes it's a great compilation.

@helenbarrett.bsky.social Nick Mason claims in his book Inside Out that he put together 'Speak To Me' (opening track on Dark Side Of The Moon), whilst Roger Waters and Rick Wright said they only gave him a songwriting credit for that song as a gift. Not sure if that dispute started with Nick's book.
@messyectomorph.bsky.social I enjoyed your review of Electronic's 2nd & 3rd albums. They're not as impactful as the debut but I still take a lot of pleasure from them, especially Forbidden City, Second Nature, Out Of My League, Vivid, Twisted Tenderness and the tracks with Karl Bartos all over them.
J'ai vraiment apprΓ©ciΓ© cet article
Interesting opinion from @luketurner.bsky.social in 2013. Still topical though the bands would need to be updated. Not sure I agree with everything but food for thought. thequietus.com/opinion-and-...
@helenbarrett.bsky.social I enjoyed your FT article about Plastic Bertrand. Prompted by this potted history of French rock www.radiofrance.fr/francecultur...
Great new tune from Sea Fever, a Manchester band with members from Section 25, New Order and Johnny Marr's band @seafeverband.bsky.social

It's very good to have Stereolab back with a album. There is a track called Immortal Hands on it which is just gorgeous.
I enjoyed reading your review. I'd also thought of the High Llamas and XTC/Dukes Of Stratosphear while listening. And the Beach Boys.
