COVE | COVE is Collaborative Organization for Virtual Education, a scholar-driven open-access publishing platform. A forgotten masterpiece, William Makepeace Thackeray’s first novel, Catherine, has languished in obscurity, in part due to its author’s own unhappiness with it.

COVE offers accessible DH tools for the classroom, including mapping, timelines, galleries, and collaborative annotation of texts. Our platform allows educators to build open-access anthologies from thousands of pre-encoded public domain texts or upload their own. Learn more: www.covecollective.org
