To wrap up my 10 days test with the #GFX100RF, a last session with my old friend Bérangère McNeese.
X Summit Prague 2025 was really something! I have been toying with #GFX100RF for a good 10 days, thanks to Fujifilm Belgium. I will soon release a few shoots done with it, all Straight out of Camera! That means no editing, retouching and even no cropping. All based on the film sims and tweaks!
2025 - Stepping out of my comfort zone, both as a person and as a photographer :-).
It’s ridiculous to suggest that a man who filled his website with Holocaust deniers, agreed with an antisemitic conspiracy theory, & helped elect another man who hosted a Holocaust denier for dinner & just pardoned a guy in a Camp Auschwitz T-shirt was doing a Nazi salute.

The X100V is the camera that made me fall in love with photography again after a few years burning out.
A mood, a vibe, a feeling indeed.
You gotta go beyond the technical stuff. I mean it's nice to know how to do things properly etc but if you think too much about it you are not doing it the right way.
That's the first thing I tell the attendees of my workshops: Let it go.

Being able to shoot portraits easily at our new home is really priceless. High ceiling, wide & long enough "living" area to do various lightning setups.. Here is a quick preview from tonight. Not even evened out the light on both faces yet but you get the gist.
