I used to take a book and an apple and crawl up in the hay in the barn on rainy days. The barn cats would join me and the rain would drum on the roof. Perfect.

Made noodles yesterday. Two different thicknesses. Another day of drying and I can store them in bags or jars in the pantry. Need to make the same amount again in a day or two. I’m inordinately pleased with how these turned out. 😊
