this is so good i love it, especially the warm look in ghosts eyes

a label reads 23:56 december 31 (new years eve) the 141 are outside somewhere to celebrate. there are already fireworks going off, a few popping off. A speech bubble says "pfft not even 12 yet" - price. Soap winces and looking a bit distressed. ".. the year we've had, im ready for it to end too" - gaz. This frame Soap turns around and starts stuffing his ears with his headphones, walking off. Ghost with his cup of bourbon probably notices and turns to look at the distressed mohawk man start walking off.

soap has made it back to his disgustingly empty room (im sorry i didn't feel like drawing more of the bg) the clock on his window reads 23:59, and he's sitting on the bed with his hands over his ears saying "fuck, get it together mactavish". He's sitting there covering his ears when the door creaks open and he looks up to see his giant fucking LT standing at the door looking at him with worried eyeballs. Then soap starts rambling "I-uh- I'm okay jus- Ye should get back-" Then a frame of Ghost pulling his mask off, and Soap is like woah what. "Wha are ye doing?!" He asks.

But before Soap can spend too much time oggling the glorious face of simon riley it turns 00:00 NEW YEARS WOOH but that also means BANG BANMG POP POP all the fireworks in the vicinity are going off like popcorn and Soap clutches his head and winces. The next frame shows Ghost kneeling at the edge of bed, Soap his covering his ears curled into a ball and his headphones are strewn on his leg. Final frame, is Ghost who picks up the headphones and is offering it to a teary eyed Soap.

Simon moves Soap's hands out of the way and puts the earbuds into Soap's ears, because he is caring and loving and HE UNDERSTANDS YAKNOW. Soap is blushing his ass off cause WHAT LT THIS FORM OF CARING IS SO FJKDASFJAL anyways. The next frame he gets love aggression and grabs his blonde fucking LT and kisses the man (its probably still midnight so new years kiss yay) Final frame is Ghost scooching up a little on his old man knees to properly kiss his man. They're sharing a tender new years smooth while soap still has the earbuds in his ears (is he listening to kk slider we'll never know)
