South east corner of Swindon and surrounding villages, climbs up toward, but past the bottom of liddington hill fort( unlike race to the stones where you go all the way up ) . Not doing it this year- I’ve an ultra booked a week later

I’m wave 6, due to start at 11am. Last time I did it I clocked a 2:05:44 half. Which seems faster than I remember going 🤣

Flattish first five miles, uphill for three (Louise knows that climb well) then a mostly downhill then flat last 5. I went out fairly quick to bank time when I inevitably slowed on the big hill. Did a few tactical Jeffs up top. Mostly not in Swindon itself 🤣
