Finally finished the first Alan Wake. Why finally? I've hated so many minutes spent with this game (who thought that flashing birds is a good mechanic??)

The new Gladiator feels merely like a reconfiguration of elements from the first one. The whole situation reminds me marvel movies in themes/structure and motives tbh.
Given that the Romans had known concrete i think there is a missed opportunity in movies/games with alternative history where they made brutalist architecture
