Right, they got an extra penny, which is a greater percentage than the millionaire getting an extra $5k, but inequality has obviously increased.
I believe this is real wage growth, which means it accounts for inflation. The issue is, if you're making $100/hr and I'm making $10/hr and then you get a 5% raise and I get a 10% raise, inequality has still increased, yeah?

Ugh, you botched this pretty badly!
Another problem is that the Dems don't have any principles. Hard to find the fiery podcaster who will bring in millions of listeners by calling for incremental change that doesn't upset the existing power structure.
