Right, they got an extra penny, which is a greater percentage than the millionaire getting an extra $5k, but inequality has obviously increased.
I believe this is real wage growth, which means it accounts for inflation. The issue is, if you're making $100/hr and I'm making $10/hr and then you get a 5% raise and I get a 10% raise, inequality has still increased, yeah?
