Hobbyboss 1:48 F14D Tomcat of VF31 completed!
Thanks Rich!
Airfix 1:48 Lynx with Belcher bits HAS2 conversion. XZ247 HMS Glasgow 815NAS Falklands operation corporate 1982. Good fitting kit and conversion.
Another in progress Falklands aircraft. Airfix 1/48 Lynx HMA8 with Belcher bits HAS2 conversion for XZ247. Tight fitting kit but good detail. Next up sea skuas and pylons
Would also be interested we have two 4month old Jack Russellβs who can destroy anything efficiently and quickly
I build Fleet air arm but as my dad served in the Falklands I am building some aircraft from that conflict for some variety. I have a Lynx has2 on the go too.
I have two. I want to do an Argentine air force A-4P and also another navy one but camouflaged (thatβs the hobbycraft kit).
Thanks Dave. Itβs the Hobby boss 1/48 A-4F with CAT4 A-4Q radome and antennae grafted on as hasegawa is too expensive and rare. I have an A-4P radome too just need the other donor kit.
Quiet lunch break working at home meant the photo etch on the canopy and RBF tags completed on this 1/48 A-4Q skyhawk conversion. May 1982 to add to my Falklands collection. Also alongside its stable mate Grumman tracker.
Exactly why I havenβt yet! The patience is paying off though Roy. Looking nicely finished so far.
Thatβs looking great. I want to convert a spitfire but also want to fold the wings for many reasons.
Iβve not seen one dropship or gambling advert so far. So all good Roy!
Do you have any recommend modeller groups to follow? Still finding my way around
@unracedf1.bsky.social I can finally see your posts without all the nonsense adverts and spaff in between!
All in the lyrics to this
Never seen that before. Definitely worth a look
First blue sky post. 1/48 A-4Q skyhawk almost complete. Just needs the canopy photo etched sorting out and adding. Happy to be adding this one to the collection.
