Yes and I seem to remember seeing this same school posting something about Friday attendance awards so I think they are just trying to address more casual absences.

This is our local school 🙈
Thanks, I also just remembered that Naiker maths is split into year 1 and year 2
Is there a good source of homework style questions somewhere for mechanics and statistics that are split into year 1 and year 2? #AlevelMaths I have been using Jethwa maths a lot for homework for pure, wondered if there is something similar available for mechanics and statistics. #MathsToday
Amazing! Thank you!
Thanks for the recommendation, I found a good deal and it arrived already - so much sturdier and easier to write with than my previous one.
Do you have to install driver on every computer you use it with? Didn’t think about this at all 🙊 don’t think I had to do that with my previous one.
What are the benefits to this over a cheaper one? My previous one was only £25 and seemed good enough for what I use it for but I’m curious what I’m missing out on.
Graphics pad broke, what do you recommend? Previously had XP-Pen Star G640. #MathsToday
No alarm turned off for me! We don’t automatically get holidays off,we get an annual leave allowance instead so I’m working today and tomorrow. On the plus side I get to work from home and with hubby also working from home and kids all out at clubs/nursery we have a rare opportunity for a lunch date
I love that fortnightly the whole house is clean and tidy all at the same time, even if my kids mess it up 5 mins later. We spent far too long debating about whether to get a cleaner and finally did a few months ago - such a good decision.
Definitely not, I already preordered mine from the positive teacher company 😊
I wonder if anyone has made anything on Geogebra
I don’t think so. I’d be interested if you find something that can be adjusted.
Have you had a look on mathswhiteboard
I was so shocked when my son did his initial grade piano and his was a digital exam so no venue hire costs. Even had to pay for the certificate. (Trinity)
It really did lift my spirits after a tough half term 😊
In #MathsToday #AlevelMaths did even more dominoes with Definite Integrals, made extra hard by me muddling up the cards by not noticing that I failed to select collate when I printed them 🙊 I need half term!
Grateful to work somewhere that will cover my lesson so I can go to my 6yr old’s class assembly this morning 😀
We do have Integral but I hadn’t spotted this one. I really must find time to explore all that is on there as I have largely just used the section tests so far.
Do you have a link to this transformation of functions resource?
I think my students actually appreciated it as I accidentally printed it in colour!
I was referring to core maths. For A level they would of course have an appropriate calculator.
My context is quite unusual as I teach core maths on a gcse higher tier resit programme to grade 4/5 students rather than to A level students, there is no way they would pay for the cg100.
For core maths?
A reminder of the Mathematical Hooks padlet - ways in which to promote thinking and discussion with students

In #MathsToday #AlevelMaths did double dominoes for introducing integration rules for polynomials.
I’ll be teaching both, unfortunately some of my students still don’t have access to fx991cw… Hope when they see how much easier it is it might trigger them to actually buy the correct calculator.
We are also doing this, and now moving on to calculating any probability - do you know if for OCR they have to be able to calculate probabilities from both tables or calculator? Also can you recommend any good resources on normal distributions?
I use life360 to track my husband! I see where he is on his way home from work so I know whether to heat up his dinner 😂
