The N64brew Game Jam #6 has come to an end, and we've had a total of 28 submissions this year! Our judge team is currently deliberating over each entry to decide which team will pick the charity to send the $3300+ donations we've received. While we wait, let's look through every entry! π§΅
Going to do a preorder/inventory restock. Better if they are done at the same time. I'll also have The Damned (beat 'em up) development preorder alongside it.

Exactly!! I couldnβt agree more! There is so much exciting stuff coming out of the N64 scene at the moment.
I feel like this is just the tip of the iceberg for things to come now that Pyrite64 has released. At least I hope I am right. I know 3d development, especially solo, will take folks longer than GB(C) with GBStudio, but dang if I'm not really excited for what the next few years might bring!
Well holy $#!t!!
I didn't think N64 would be the next big homebrew system...

Congrats on the breakthrough! That sounds like it was a doozy!
Hello fans of nonograms/picross games!! Introducing my latest game, Walfie's Nonograms, a free Game Boy Color game featuring 150 puzzles!
Play in browser, in a Game Boy emulator, or on a real Game Boy (via flash cart)!
This looks so fluid, responsive, and most of all FUN! I cannot wait to see where this goes in the future. Amazing stuff!
Across that world you will face more than 25 bosses and mini-bosses, discover 60 Trinkets, upgrade your weapons, grow stronger through a full level-up system, explore New Game Plus, and experiment with hundreds of gameplay modifiers.
How in the world....π±
This is super impressive! I can't wait to give it a try. I feel like just from the video this would have been an all-time classic on the system. Maybe it would have needed one or two more things, but still, just amazing what they were able to pull off in such a short time.
Heck yeah! Those games totally shaped me. I credit FFVII with getting me back into gaming. As a kid we were lucky enough to have an SNES but could only get the bargain games so while I had fun, gaming was never "sticky". Then I saw FFVII at a friend's house and it blew my mind! I was hooked!
Ooo that's a great idea! I'm sure it helps a ton just to get up and out of the office. Then you get the extra bonus of being together, total win!
It's great to hear you say that because from the start that was our goal. Cozy Adventure! It's been so wonderful to see how that's resonated with folks.
Thatβs so awesome, thank you for sharing! The team works so hard on it and we all love it so much. Itβs great to hear folks enjoy it π₯°
Itβs really cool sheβs there with you as you work on your game, which btw, looks so good!! I love the pre-rendered approach. It holds such a special place for me!
Absolute FIRE π₯π₯π₯
Wait this is actually still Candy Quest and running on the GBC?!?! This does not look like a GBC game, definitely s GBA port, right? π€―

Henshin a Hell-Yeah baby! These look amazing! Oh how I miss this franchise. We so spoiled by Clover, I still lament their closure.
Sounds like a better start for sure! Always great to see and make new art too. Thank you for sharing it π₯³π
New Bard art! π₯³. I hope things are maybe starting to be just a little better for you than yesterday
This looks like it is already shaping up to be something really special! It already had a great core idea and theme but I love the addition of the graffiti spots to give the player goals for traversal and the larger spots that take more time. So many fun ideas on display already.
It's my 2nd anniversary of Game Boy releases.π»
Thank you to everyone who has played my games.

Thank YOU for now years of fun and crazy impressive Gameboy Games. You seem to still be finding ways to outdo yourself and I can hardly wait to see what year 3 has in store for us! Congratulations on the amazing milestone and all the fantastic releases π₯³
Of course! Congratulations on making such a great game. It deserves the praise and I thoroughly enjoyed my time with it. You were able to balance challenging and fun really well. And I am such a sucker for the overworld map and different world themes too. That last one is especially spectacular!
If you aren't following Cosmo Command yet I just got one question...Why not?! They make amazing art and have a really exciting looking GB game in development. Show them some love, they deserve it.
I was really curious about On Your Tail. It's great to hear that the game was delightful and charming. Sounds like it's worth a playthrough!
Your art here is awesome as always. I am really looking forward to your projects and keep up the great work.
Oh man, I'm really sorry to hear that, Bard. I hope that whatever it is you are dealing with passes soon and that tomorrow, or in hopefully not too long, things start to be a bit better. π«
This is an absolute gem of a game! It has tons of shorter levels that are really fun. The controls are fantastic, there's a ton of variety to the worlds, unique gameplay moments, plenty of secrets, and great humor too! A really wonderful platformer that easily stands alongside the best on the GBC.
