Weekly update - Week 6
The last 2 weeks were basically focused on getting everything ready to create the trailer. There are still some things missing but here is a sneak peek. To give you an idea it takes approximately 1 full day of work to get 2 seconds. I hope you enjoy what we have for now.
Weekly update - Week 4
Hey all,
We finished adding the wand crafting system to the game, here is an image of the UI.
We added some finishing touches to the consumable to the game.
This week, we are working on the trailer and leveling of wands.
We doubled the size of the first dungeon and the content you can do in it now. As well as added new puzzle systems and spawning mechanics for monsters.
We also added consumables to the game.
We are currently working on the wand crafting system and leveling of wands.
Weekly update - Week 2
Hey all,
Happy new year! Hopefully this is the year you all get to try out our game out! With luck, we might have a demo by the end of February. Our take on a new version of dark cloud meets Hogwarts Legacy with multiplayer with building and crafting features.
We moved Quill into the dungeon now with her challenge, as well as added 4 more rooms to expand the dungeon. Paige (a new NPC) will be added shortly. Also added save points and milestones to each puzzle in the dungeon and progression.
Worked on the building system, made building translucent when placing them down and also when removing them. Currently working on adding more decorations to the building system such as road, trees, lampposts, etc...
Started working on the boss fight mechanics. Still a work in progress though, when it is done we will share a quick short video of the fight.
We added a new spell called Orbit to the game, this casts X amount of orbs around the player which will affect damage to enemies that it encounters depending on the element.
Added more cutscenes to the Quill challenge, as well as when you exit the tutorial zone.
Weekly update - Week 51
Hey all,
Missed last week due to Christmas Parties, so this week will be a big update. This will be the last update of the year since we are going on holidays, Merry Christmas and Happy new year! See you in 2025!

This week we were working towards a deadline to be part of Demo Nights (www.demonight.ca), our goal was to get as close as possible to the demo state just without the boss fight since that will most likely take most of December.

This week, We were pretty much head down, working hard on new spells and features.
- Added Nova spell shape
- Game start now has a 3d scene
- Added mayor house
- Added sound for footsteps and dodge
- Reworked to tutorial section after some play testing

Hey all,
We finally got our steam page up. We focused on polishing up the quest system, and adding game feel to some aspect of the quest system as well as the enemy system. We also made the enemies AI smarter. (see details on discord)

Weekly update - Week 46
We finished the plan for adding more "Game Feel" to the game, eg: when a monster sees you and starts chasing you, it will show a quick animation on top of it's head of an exclamation point that appears.
Next week, if everything goes well, we will finally be visible on Steam!
