Absolutely! It’s wild how fruit gets demonized just because it has natural sugars. It’s all about the contextβ€”fruit comes with so many health benefits that ultra-processed sweets just don’t have. Love that you made space for both balance and nutrition! πŸ“πŸŒ #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

"Omg fruit is full of sugar and so bad for you!" Have you considered that it's also full of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fiber? And a fun fact is that our bodies need these nutrients so no, it's not the same as eating something like ice cream. Not that anything is wrong with ice cream.

Great point! there’s definitely been a lot of back and forth about fluoride, especially with conflicting info floating around. It's so important to distinguish between naturally high fluoride levels (which can be harmful) vs. regulated fluoridation for dental health. #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

Nothing reveals the true motives of the anti-water fluoridation folks more than the fact they never propose public health efforts to remove fluoride from the water where it is naturally high (the actual exposure in most ecological data used to suggest harm to neurodevelopment).
