Sometimes it can hurt to rip the bandaid off. To go back to those places that caused you so much pain. But I guess if you want the wound to heal you have to remove that patch and tend to it so it doesn't infect your life.
Mental wounds are still wounds. Take care of them even if it's hard.

Downside of ADHD:
Spending 4 days engrossed in a new hobby and forgetting you were in the middle of working on something really important and your boss now wants an ETA.
Go go gadget crunch time.
Trauma typing turned full on narrative poetry. Still a work in progress but I feel it has some merit.
