How much do doctors make in Canada? Curious about what a doctor’s annual salary is in Canada? This article lists the average yearly compensation for physicians across 17 different specialties.

Also physicians here are paid well. Maybe not crazy high as the USA? But their patients get the treatments they need. I’ve never had any negative experiences (although there’s always exceptions/anecdotes).

Yeah we just see medical care as something we pay for with our taxes. The public hospital is there when we need it. Eventually, everyone does.

As a Canadian, I just don’t understand why Americans tolerate this. The country with the biggest economy in the world doesn’t have public healthcare? Why not?
