Definitely some gut punches but overall I really couldn't take it that seriously because I just don't find it believable that Eddie would marry someone else or take that long to make a decision after Buck came back lol

The funniest justification I see for people not wanting Buddie is it'll ruin the friendship if it doesn't work out. Like please, this is TV not real life. If they put Buck and Eddie together they are not ever permanently splitting them up. It's going to work out.

finally finished the last season of Manifest which means I finally get to read the Buddie Manifest fic
He knew that Bobby had signed them up a year ago but I don't think it had occurred to him yet that Eddie was in Texas at that time. And then when Eddie said he didn't know he was coming back Buck was like "wait a second then how did Bobby know". That's just my interpretation though lol
I think Buck's reaction was less about Eddie intending to stay in Texas and more him realizing that Bobby signed them up while Eddie was gone

Also I know people will argue that Eddie needs to realize he's gay first but idk I feel like with him it'd make perfect sense to like kiss Buck in the heat of the moment and then work backwards from there as far as what that means for him.
Ok so realistically what are we expecting this week as far as Buddie movement? I feel like it's either going to be absolutely nothing or full Buddie canon with a kiss and/or confession (probably when they reunite). I don't think they'd do a joint NDE just for a small Buddie hint.
