Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has rented space in Columbia, SC without the prior knowledge of the city council, mayor, or city police. The City of Columbia is meets today @ 4pm to address the ICE concerns. Those who wish to speak at the end of the meeting during the open comments period.
