Because I’ve been in lawsuits with undocumented immigrants on both sides & nobody ever raised that argument.
Is he saying it would violate Due Process for a state to exercise personal jurisdiction over someone not lawfully in the US?
So if someone here illegally runs a red light and hits me, it is actually unconstitutional to sue them in a US court? Does he cite to actual cases saying that?
