The apple pen works well once you figure out your curves. Then you're easily able to set reference layers and magic wand + bucket fill (assuming procreate)

I have an iPad and a Huion tablet and even tho I started this journey on my huion, I reach for the iPad 9/10 for the simple reason of not being forced to sit at the desk. I can draw/color on the go with the iPad and for me, a person who cannot be chained to the desk 16 hrs a day, it's perfect
