First reviews of residential permits that used to take an average of 25 days, now take just 7. On the commercial side, that same first review time dropped from 30 days to 11. And this is just the beginning. Keep up the great work! (2/2)

The Greenleaf Building rose from the ashes after the Great Fire of 1901. Today it is a symbol of resilience as it lives a renewed life as an office building with street-level retail. Thank you to JWB for renovating this historic building and moving your headquarters downtown.
