I just rode 38 miles after a week long sinus infection & only my 4th ride in 2026 (Dad's cancer/surgery took a lot out). I have no lungs & no legs. That Sucks.

Every bike shop, if possible, should have a shop dog. My LBS had one and they were bought up by a corporate bike name and the shop dog had to retire......only to return on certain days when a certain manager was absent.

My dad's pathology report for the single tumor found in his lungs had clean margins, no spread,and lymph nodes were clean. Found the tumor by accident after a thoracic CT from a fall, no symptoms at all.

As I transitioned to WFH during COVID the transitions to and from work mode were EXTREMELY difficult. I actually had to drive around for about 20 minutes at the end of the day.
