my counselor is really proud of the progress we've made together, and she's recommended I take the group therapy sessions in the next semester to help with my social anxiety, and that is what I plan to do 😎
I'm so glad I pushed myself to do this, I'm feeling great tonight 🥳

I am really proud of myself using the counseling center at my university this semester; it's helped me figure out how I tick as a person regarding work, and not only that, I've gotten confident enough to feel that I don't need this service in the next semester 😄
