I lost my entire gallery there after it shut down and I was devastated.

LRT because god do I miss y!gallery so much

I think the biggest damage to the art community was the obsolescence of gallery sites (y!, deviantart, etc) and the rise of scroll-by social media, like twitter and even tumblr. Art is not ''content'', you shouldnt need to post art every day (or every month!) to be relevant. This mindset sucks.

Baz was named after his father, making his full legal name Basil Harmon Quirke II. He dropped that name the moment he was free. Unfortunately, he's damn near a carbon copy of his pos dad. The only difference is that he has his mother's big, sad stormy gray eyes. Something his father hated.

This sweet anxious baby, specifically, was made to feel like a monster. Anyway, I love Baz and could talk about him for hours.

This is a man who was made to feel like a monster as a child and is now hyperaware of his size, so he treats the people he cares about as if they're made of glass.

I have a thyroid biopsy tomorrow and I'm anxious about it, so I'm gonna throw Baz at y'all. He's a 6'4'' noble turned mercenary captain, because the alternative was staying under his narcissist father's thumb. He has a gruff exterior and a much softer heart than he really knows what to do with.

I have so many packages still marked as pre-transit on Etsy that are stressing me out because all of those orders went out last week. Mainly the stickers and prints. But for whatever reason, that particular post office doesn't scan the labels for basic mail that the site provides idk

Eczema creams burn like the fires of hell and make my eyes feel gummy and gritty. I'm at my wits end with this.

Cortisone nor calamine work because it doesn't actually itch. Aquafor doesn't really help but at least makes it stop feeling like the skin is trying to crack open.

Every time I have a flare-up with my stomach, the skin around my eyes turn red, swell, and burn. Warm compress doesn't help because I'm heat intolerant. Cold compress doesn't help because I'm allergic.
