I’m really happy with my final run of February. Lots of up- and downhill. 😅 Overall, February was great 🥳
New PR Halfmarathon 🥳. Including 278 m / 912 ft elevation gain. Great start into a long weekend.
End of the week run. With strong, freezing winds expected on Saturday and Sunday, I moved my long run to Friday. Including 156 m = 511 ft elevation gain. 🏃🏼♀️
Mental health care run (7 km / 4.4 mi) … I love this weather 🏃🏼♀️⛄️

I email, use canvas, notifications, ppts, repeat it in class & I have still students asking me about weights of grades or when grades will be available etc. It doesn’t matter if I use 30 ways to communicate or 1. The amount of students not getting it is almost the same. But increasing every year.
ACTN4 isn’t just hanging around the Z-disc in heart muscle cells. AlphaFold3 predicts it forms heterdimers with muscle ACTN2. And the pull-downs agree: ACTN4 brings down ACTN2 even when actin is out of the picture. #CellBiology
