My e-bike has made me MORE likely to ride my acoustic, too. Trying new routes for date nights or to get to another part of town on my e-bike means I’m more likely to go back that way on my other one.

And, to agree with the original skeet, by “allowing” myself to enjoy Bad Media, I’ve gained a much greater ability to find and appreciate Good Media.

There are a bunch of terrible movies and shows and books that I LOVE.

Usually my bar is: is it clear that this was made by people having fun and feeling creative? If so, then it’s probably not Bad, even if it isn’t Good.

I actually prefer using my acoustic! It’s more fun to ride! But when I’m going somewhere in a miserable Minnesota winter, the e-bike wins.

I own both an e-bike and an acoustic bike (get this: people call them that because it’s funny) and I use them at different times for different things. Sometimes it’s nice to get somewhere on a bike without being sweaty. Sometimes it’s nice to give my legs a break because I’m a runner.
