I could not agree more. The dream of home ownership is way over sold. I truly don't see the point. The roof, the furnace, plumbing, appliances. Renting is so much less stressful.
Who sold home ownership? Banks. They're the ones making money off it.

Don't want to brag but that's the price (conversion included) I've been paying in Canada for months. No limits.
Any proof of this?
Close the borders now!
Reminder that when the Freedom Convoy began, Doug Ford went AWOL snowmobiling in the Muskokas, did little to nothing to support the City of Ottawa as the second biggest city in the province descended into anarchy for 3 weeks, then later refused to testify at the emergencies act inquiry
Wayne Gretzky:
Enters through US bench. Gives thumbs up to US players.
Wears no red or ANYTHING representing Canada.
Doesnβt even look over to Team Canadaβs way.
Heβs a traitor & MAGA supporter.
Good riddance. #cdnpoli #peipoli
Soudas says all kinds of BS. Tried to claim Harper didn't run deficits on Xitter the other say. Truly delusional.
If you are in Canada I'd highly recommend the Unscented Company. Unscentedco.com
If she can do it, we can all do it.
I donβt wanna hear another fucking word about Bidenβs pardons.
I was actually in London riding the Underground when that article was published π the screeching at every minor bend in the tracks was incredible!
Yet so many people call it a gadgetbahn for having rubber tires. Having rode dozens of metros around the world I prefer the rubber by far.
Dear Liberals: I can π― confirm that Christy Clark is a Conservative.
Worse: She thinks politics is saying whatever is required to win. The worst kind of politics.

I think I'll take a pass on that one π
Not sure it would actually last 3 months out of the freezer but it sounds interesting!
Lol people are allowed to enjoy things bri, and I'm allowed to point out the unhealthy side of it. I didn't say don't eat it. Just pointed out that it's not really a healthy alternative. Something people should consider.
Have you been to the UK? Professional queuers!
Heart health should be one of those. Kinda hard to enjoy life without one.
Indeed this is true. But I don't consume cow derived products either. Avoiding them is remarkably easy and incredibly healthy.
Indeed but with so many associated health problems and saturated fats its best to avoid them at all.
So much saturated fat, so unhealthy.
I spent many summers in the house across the street from that elevator.
Coding is just the tool you use to implement a solution. As I said, I think we are approaching this with different definitions. And frankly the code I've seen AI put together is far more complex than a couple of code snippets.
YMMV I guess? I know dozens of developers using it daily.
So if I write a function that does something in a larger code base I haven't coded? I'm struggling to understand what exactly you would consider code writing?
If I ask it to analyze a code base and write a function to return an even and the AI does, are you saying that's not coding? Maybe we're just working from different definitions.
I have plenty of first hand experience with large tech companies that says otherwise. It's becoming a very robust tool that companies are using more and more.
Ever worked as a developer? All developers code requires other human eyes to go over it. That's how the industry works. Is AI code perfect? Often not but the same can be said for all developers.
