There is nothing more satisfying than turning in a dissertation proposal draft two days early.

My goal is to be in
candidacy before Labor Day. That way I can celebrate my birthday as a PhD candidate and no longer a PhD student. #thatPhDlife

After 5+ years as Associate Director, Graduate Studies,
I've reviewed 450+ grad applications.

About 85% get rejected for the SAME preventable mistake.
